Sorting Through the Clutter
If you somehow were able to unearth my diary amidst the clutter of my room, then you would probably find something like this...

I should be at Wonderland right now. Instead, I am staring at a computer. I missed out on a day of fun in the sun to work on my stupid online course assignment. I'm really liking the course but the technical problems with it being an internet course is enough to drive me mad. The website was down all day yesterday so I was panicking because I couldn't submit my assignment. Found out this morning that the deadine has been extended by a day due to technical difficulties. I can never work with computers in the future. Or you will find them in shattered pieces at the bottom of a highrise building.

Oh well, I will meet up with the rest of the crew tonight for Joe's bday. At least I have that to look forward to. Btw, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOE!!

This weekend has been good to me. Saturday, I woke up early for dragonboat practice in Waterloo. After a two week break, practice was torturous. An intense two-hours of rowing, power series', and race sims. Our waterloo race is this coming Saturday, so we needed to get back into shape. That night was the boyfriend's high school buddy's birthday thing. The evening was supposed to be split between that and DirectorX's house/mansion party as well. But the boyfriend was having so much fun just chillin' with his high school buddies that I didn't want to make him leave. So we spent the whole night there. I didn't mind at all, I had a lot of fun too. His friends are a barrel of laughs.

Sunday, I woke up early for church. I was so tired from only 4 hours of sleep though, and my whole body was feeling the effects of the two-hour practice the day before. That night, met up with the girls to watch Pirates of the Carribbean. I loved it! It was a fantastic movie. There's something about pirates and fantasy that fascinates me. I am in awe of Johnny Depp. He's an amazing actor. Somehow they managed to mix comedy, horror, action, drama, and romance all into one film. And the emotions and reactions it evoked were intense. I always lose myself in movies. I laughed as hard as I screamed. I was sitting on the edge of my seat as often as I was scrunched up into a little ball, covering my eyes. I love movies that exceed my expectations.
