Sorting Through the Clutter If you somehow were able to unearth my diary amidst the clutter of my room, then you would probably find something like this...

I got to drive the new car my dad bought! So nice. Jessie was like "Wow, your dad is so hip, he actually bought a Subaru Impreza?" Since I first got my driver's license, I had been driving around a Subaru stationwagon until this happened. I have to admit, as uncool as the stationwagon was, I had grown accustomed to everything about it. So many memories within the steel frame of that car...if car doors could talk...(insert dream sequence music and fade into white) Stuffing 9 people in and trying to pretend there were only 5 people in the car when we drove by a cop/ road trips to Buffalo/ camping trips up to Sibbald Point/ being able to stuff everyone's snowboard in for ski trips/ being able to move into school in just one trip. Yes, the big stationwagon has its advantages. I almost feel guilty revelling in the sporty newness of the Impreza. Really though, the Impreza's not replacing the stationwagon. Nothing can replace that special hunk of metal.
