Sorting Through the Clutter
If you somehow were able to unearth my diary amidst the clutter of my room, then you would probably find something like this...

I am doing better. Thank you so much for being there, for asking me how I am, for offering an ear, a shoulder, coffee, ice cream, gelato, for dropping everything to be at my side, for distracting me, for treating me to dinner, for being my personal shopper, for taking time out. You all know who you are. It's been a tough week, and I still have my up and down moments. But I know I'll be okay. I'm happy you are.

So do you ever feel like life gets stagnant? You know, same ol' same ol'. Same work, same routine, same hours...just a different day. You long for a change.

And BLAMMO! It hits you in the face. While you have your eyes closed.

More change than you know what to do with. Change up to my eyeballs. And no, I'm not talking about quarters and dimes.
