Friday, April 09, 2004 Exam time has officially started. But I have yet to begin studying. I've been trying to cram in as much fun as possible before I officialy go into 'geek mode'. I need to get it out of my system so I can concentrate on studying. (What?! It's true.) Tuesday was clubbing night with CCF folks. We went to Billy Bob's at 9:45 to beat the line-up. And am I glad we did. A few people came later at 10:30 and never got in. Lots of fun acting silly and dancing. Haha..JK is such a fun dancer and a huge chick magnet, apparently. :) Left at around 12-ish and went to East Side's for cheap appetizers. Yum yum..nothing beats post-clubbing food. Wednesday at Swank - the martini lounge that Quarters set up. Gone was the loud, pumping music and sweaty people. Instead, sheer curtains lined the doorway that led to a live jazz band and candle-lit lounge. Gorgeously-dressed people mingled, enjoyed martinis, and chatted. It was a really great change of pace. And it may have also been the last time all of the Mac Crew will be together at university. Thursday was Quarters night (of course!). The hardcore partiers came out this time. :) And my housemate finally came out with me! I had so much fun with her....you don't know how long I've been trying to get her to come out with me all year. She had a blast too. Good music and crazy dancing. Burger King afterwards which was just as fun. Chilling for two hours, just chatting about everything and nothing. I got my post-clubbing food and got to hang out with people I may never see again after graduation. Bittersweet. Even my fun is marred with sadness. posted by Jenn | 11:58 AM |
