Sorting Through the Clutter If you somehow were able to unearth my diary amidst the clutter of my room, then you would probably find something like this...

I didn't go to church yesterday. Not because I was lazy but because I was scared. Yes, scared.
You see, I think I have developed a phobia of driving in the snow since my accident last February. Hmm..I wonder what it would be called...carfishtailaphobia?
Anyway, so I woke up bright and early and got dressed. I went outside, cleared the snow piled on my car, waited for the car to warm up, and then cautiously pulled out of my driveway. Seriously, I'm driving at a max of 30 km/h down the main road toward the highway exit. I'm gripping the steering wheel so tight that my knuckles are white - or perhaps that's from the cold? So as I round a curve, driving at my grandmotherly pace, the car STILL slips. I feel the back wheels fishtail a bit and I nearly freaked. All the memories of my car accident come flooding back to me as I steady the car. I pull into a nearby driveway and catch me breath.
Pant, pant, Holy crap, pant, gasp, pant
I turned the car around and went right back home.
