Sorting Through the Clutter
If you somehow were able to unearth my diary amidst the clutter of my room, then you would probably find something like this...

So I'm back from my lovely two days in Wasaga Beach. I think I should've been born in Calfornia or Hawaii or something. There is something about the beach and about surf culture that fascinates me so. Maybe after I finish my degree I'll move to Hawaii. Hmmm..

I'm slightly burnt though. And I look like I'm filipina. I was talking to the guy at the motel frontdesk and he was like "are you filipina? You look like it." He had this cute filipino/spanish accent. I think it's so cool when filipino guys have this latin-ish accent. It's so exotic.

Anyways, so Wasaga Beach was great. We arrived late Wednesday afternoon and checked in. Hung out on the beach until we got hungry and wandered around the boardwalk and settled on a greek restaurant that had a patio. We watched the sunset over the beach from our patio seats. Sigh. So nice.

Spent the whole day on the beach on Thursday. Swam in Georgian Bay and soaked in the sun. The stores along the boardwalk are really cute too. You can just walk around in your bikini and shop. It's also super convenient to try on clothes in your bikini. You don't even need a change room. :) I'm also getting better with the shopping thing (for those who think I'm a shopaholic). haha...I didn't buy a single thing. Yup, I'm gradually becoming a smart shopper. I saw this gorgeous chinese-style dress but I tore myself away from it since it was $60.

Gonna see A off at the airport tonight, then it's off to a potluck dinner. I still have to cook.
