I realized that I haven't seen my extended family for so long. I don't think I've seen them since I've started university. What made me realize this?
Dad: Yeah, so I was talking with your aunt
Me: mm..cool. So what's new?
Dad: So Henri's getting married.
Me: WHAT?!? I didn't even know he had a girlfriend!
Dad: Oh and Cindy's trying to decide which school to go to.
Me: Oh yeah? So, which high school is she thinking of going to?
Dad: Um, she's applying to univerisity.
Me: Oh.
Holy Crap. I am so out of it. What the heck is wrong with me? Stupid engineering studies. I might as well move to the top of some mountain and become a hermit.
